This was a large project, a sizeable garden room involving foundations, block, brick, EPDM roofing, timber, electrics, glazing, painting, flooring - as much as a ground extension or new house build. Saj and his team did a wonderful job for us, taking out an external wall and securing the upper floors with steels. They worked diligently, safely and carefully and were superb at clearing up at the end of each day! The work space was calm and ordered and I had a lot of confidence in them as skilled tradespeople. No radios, no shouting - a real change from many in the field!
Saj leads his team very effectively by example and liaised fully with me each day. Any issues were discussed and swiftly resolved and they took on some additional work as well. They were very reliable, starting the project on the agreed date and turning up and doing a day's work everyday.
Building projects are never easy for the client, but this was much better than many I have been involved in! Thank you all for your hard work.
